[announce] ARL terminated the express line

Hello everyone. I haven't been here such a long time ago!! I'm so sorry to whom is following me.

Today, I'd like to announce something about the ARL (Airport Rail Link). As everyone who want to visit Bangkok, Thailand should know, the cheapest and most convenient transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport to town is ARL.

ARL originally has 2 kinds:- City Line and Exprss Line. The Express Line has 2 lines, Suvarnabhumi direct to Makkasan which link to the MRT and the another one, Suvarnabhumi to Phaya Thai which link to BTS.

But right now due to technical problem the Express Line was eliminated. Only City Line still run on.

And, may I repeat once again.
  • Due to very crowd passengers, please avoid the rush hours (7~9 AM and 5~8PM). -- That's what I'm wondering what they are doing in the east side of Bangkok for? (haha, just kidding)
  • Due to less number of trains, as I know there is only 6 trains left in service, the waiting time between each train is quite spend much time should to be. Take around 10~15 minutes. But during rush hours, there is additional train to service.
  • If you have to take ARL during rush hours to Suvarnabhumi Airport, please try to get on at Phaya Thai station instead of Makkasan Station.

I hope above information is useful for you all :D

If you have any question, please feel free to leave your question here. I'll find out the answer to response your question. Thank you for visiting me!
